According to the World-wide Organization of the Tourism of the United Nations, the tourism includes/understands the activities that the people realise (tourist) during their trips and stays in places different from the one from their habitual surroundings, by a period of consecutive time inferior to a year, with aims of leisure, by businesses and other reasons. 1**

The tourism proper, is born in century XIX, like a consequence of the Industrial Revolution, with displacements whose main intention is the familiar leisure, rest, culture, health, businesses or relations. These movements are distinguished by their purpose of other types of trips motivated by wars, migratory movements, conquers, commerce, etc. Despite the tourism has clear historical antecedents.

In agreement with the statistics of the World-wide Organization of Turismo (OMT), the specialized agency of the United Nations, in 2007 took place 903 million arrivals of international tourists, whom an increase of 6.6% with respect to 2006. The countries visited by international tourists in 2006 represents more and in 2007 they are located in Europe, with France in the first place. The 2007 Ukraine and Turkey they entered the list of the 10 main destinies, surpassing to Mexico and moving to Russia and Austria.
